孔源性视网膜脱离手术复位失败的危险因素探讨

摘　　要：我们对１６２例（１６９眼）孔源性视网膜脱离第一次手术失败患者的危险因素采用多因素逐步回归法进行分析探讨。结果表明：加压嵴位置、裂孔遗漏或出现新裂孔、加压上视网膜皱褶、ＰＶＲ是手术失败的高危因素；高度近视、脉络膜脱离、鱼嘴形成亦与手术成败有关。并对其高危因素的防治进行了探讨。he risk factors of operative failure in initial retinal detachment surgery of 1 62 cases(169 eyes)were investigated with stepwise muLtivariate regression. The resuLts demonstratedthat the main causes of failure were the in1proper location of the buckle,new or previOusly u-nidentified retinal breaks,meridian retinal folds on huckling ridge and presence of PVR. Fish-moutmng of retinalbreaks,hghmyopha and Choroidal detachment were found to be relatedalso withthe effect of the operative treatinent.
