摘　　要：报告Ｆｕｃｈｓ综合征并发白内障行现代白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术，术后经虹膜病理检查证实与临床诊断一致的１０例治疗结果，并讨论该病的发病机理、术中、术后并发症的预防及治疗。术后３个月角膜内皮细胞平均损失率为２３９６％。术后平均随访２０个月，矫正视力最高１．５，最低０．４，０．５以上占８０％。说明手术安全、效果好。Abstract10 patients of Fuchs'svndrome undement ECCEwith IOL implantation.The etiopathology of this dis-ease,the prevention and management of intra-andpost-operative complications were discussed.Threemonths after the operation, the rate of cornealendothelial cell loss was 23.96%。After an average fol-low-up of 20 months,80% of the cases obtained cor-rected visual acuity of 0.5 and over,indicating that theprocedure had been rewarding and safe.
