浅谈论文写作的功利性及其对高校学报的影响

摘　　要：在分析论文写作功利性特征的基础上,就其对高校学报学术质量的影响进行剖析,认为功利性稿件的泛滥,既会给高校学报的选稿、用稿带来困难,又会滋生学术腐败,影响学报的质量和声誉。由此而强调指出,高校学报应通过强化严把审稿关和提高编辑职业道德素质,严格运用各种手段和方法鉴别稿件优劣、抵制学术腐败,并对严重违背学术道德的功利性稿件采取必要的惩戒措施,从而净化学术环境,维护学术自尊。This paper investigates into the utilitarian features of academic writing and its influence upon the qualities of college journals. The large amount of utilitarian papers will not only pose great difficulty to the selection and adoption of high-quality academic writings, but it will lead to academic corruption and do great harm to the quality and reputation of college journals. In this respect, college journals should be strict in paper selection, improve the editors’ professional qualities, try all means to single out high-quality papers, prevent the occurrence of academic corruptions, and take measures to punish the utilitarian writers who have committed serious violation against academic virtues. Only in his way can the academic environment be purified and the academic integrity be maintained.
