摘　　要：３２例色素膜炎患者在白内障囊外摘除的同时植入后房型人工晶体。术后平均随访５．４个月（３～２９个月），９３．７％的患者术后矫正视力达０．５以上，术后并发症包括晶体后囊混浊与虹膜后粘连。提出仔细选择病例对于手术的成功十分重要。AbstractThirty two patients with uveitis had a posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation after extracap-sular cataract extraction. After a mean follow-up period of 5.4 months(range 3 to 29 months),the corrected visual acuity in 93.7%of the patients reached to 0.5 or better. Postoperative complications included posteriorcapsule opacification and iris posterior synechiae. The results suggest that careful selection of candidates for IOL implantation be crucial for successful cataractsurgery in uveitis patients.
