四种O－F培养基评价及结果解释方法的探讨

摘　　要：Ｏ－Ｆ培养基在鉴定非发酵菌中很重要。目前国际上通用的Ｏ－Ｆ培养基是Ｈｕｇｈ－Ｌｅｉｆｓｏｎ配方，我们比较了以往文献报道过的４种Ｏ－Ｆ实验方法。认为Ｈｕｇｈ－Ｌｅｉｆｓｏｎ法虽然有出现假阴性结果的可能，但仍为较可靠的方法。其它３种方法或容易产生假阴性结果或干扰麦芽糖的结果，均不十分可靠。使用Ｈｕｇｈ－Ｌｅｉｆｓｏｎ的配方为避免假阴性应加做无碳水化合物的基础培养基作为对照，依对照管的变色情况解释各碳水化合物管的实验结果。-Fculture medium remains to be important for the detection of nonfermentative bacteria.Currently the widely used O-F culture medium adopts the Hugh-Leifson formula.The authors made a comparative study of the 4 kinds of O-F methods and concluded that:the Hugh-Leifson is still a relia-ble formula, although sometimes false negative results occur;Ma Jun-chun's method carries a slow re-action and false negative results are not uncommon;the modified method of Yao Sheng does not work as well,and it interferes the reaction of maltose; ASS medium has a strong buffer effect to the alkaline bacterial products and thus a weak positive result can be shielded.When the Hugh-Leifson formula is used,in order to avoid a false negative result to occur,it is necessary to have a medium without carbohydrate(CHO) for control.The experimental results exhibited in the different test tubes con-taining CHO can be interpreted according to the discoloration.
