摘 要:研究了β环糊精(βCD)及其衍生物羟丙基β环糊精(HPCD)对两种疏水性有机农药(甲基对硫磷和五氯酚)的增溶作用和光解影响.实验结果表明,对农药的增溶作用或光解的影响主要是由于农药与βCD或HPCD形成包合物而引起的.βCD能提高五氯酚的水溶性,但对甲基对硫磷的增溶作用表现为低浓度促进溶解而高浓度抑制溶解;HPCD则能显著提高两种疏水性农药的水溶性.βCD及HPCD与甲基对硫磷形成包合物,选择性定向客体分子而促进其光解;与五氯酚形成稳定的包合物,能保护客体分子而抑制其光解.HPCD对农药的增溶效果和光解的影响比βCD更显著.The effects of β -cyclodextrin(β -CD)and hydropropyl- β -cyclodextrin(HPCD)on the solubilization and photodegradation of two hydrophobic organic pesticides(methyl parathion and pentachlorophenol)are investigated.The results indicate that two hydrophobic pesticides can form the inclusion complexes with β -CD and HPCD causes the influence of β -CD and HPCD on their solubilization or photodegradation.The solubility of pentachlorophenol increases linearly with the increase of β -CD concentration,but that of methyl parathion increases originally and then decreases with the increase of β -CD concentration.The solubilities of two hydrophobic organic pesticides increases linearly with the increase of HPCD concentration. However,β -CD and HPCD can activate photodegradation of methyl parathion because that they can direct object molecule selectively,while restrains photodegradation of pentachlorophenol because of formation of the steady inclusion complex.In a word,the effects of HPCD on their photodegradation and solubilization are more significant than that of β -CD.
