鼻咽癌高发家系中的HLA－［A2－B46］单倍型

摘　　要：应用连锁分析法检测了６个鼻咽癌高发家系中ＨＬＡ－［Ａ－Ｂ］单倍型（ｈａｐｌｏｔｙｐｅ）．其中４个家系鼻咽癌者１８人，接受检查１０人，均属ＨＬＡ－［Ａ２－Ｂ４６］单倍型，即Ａ２和Ｂ４６在同一条染色体上。在一个大家系，第Ⅱ、Ⅲ两代血缘亲属２１人中有患者１１人，受检５人均具ＨＬＡ－［Ａ２－Ｂ４６］单倍型。其中２人在确定此单倍型后半年和１１个月才发生鼻咽癌。故认为ＨＬＡ－［Ａ２．Ｂ４６］可能与鼻咽癌发生相关。通过家系ＨＬＡ单倍型分析，有可能发现鼻咽癌的遗传易感个体。Linkage analysis of HLA-[A-B] haplotype in six nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)high risk families were performed,In four of these six families there were totally eighteen NPC patients,Ten of them bad been tested and all were proved to be HLA-[A2-B46] haplotype,i.e,the genes A2 and B46 were located in the same chromosome.In the second and third generations of a large family, eleven out of twenty one family members were NPC patients. Five of these patients were tested and were found to be HLA-[A2-B46] haplotype. It is worthy to note that in two of them the cancer developed half a year and eleven months after HLA typing respectively.It can be considered that HLA-[A2-B46] haplotype may be related to the genesis of NPC. By means of linkage analysis of HLA haplotype it may be possible to detect the NPC genetic susceptibility cases in NPC high risk families.
