摘　　要：应用服务提供商(ApplicationServicProvider,ASP)是通过Internet为客户提供各种软硬件应用服务的新兴经营方式。本文面向我国中小制造企业的信息化技术应用以及资源共享的需求,首先归纳出ASP服务的4种服务模式及其特点,定义了参与业务流程的各个角色的任务和活动。在此基础上,对ASP模式下的业务流程进行建模,并利用网络与数据库等技术实现了一个业务流程管理系统。Application service provider(ASP) is a rising business mode to provide software and hardware application services to various customers via Internet. By investigating requirements of IT applications and resources sharing from domestic small and medium enterprises in manufacturing industry, four service patterns and their features are induced, and then the tasks and activities of the roles played in business process are defined. Based on this, the business process in ASP mode is modeled and a business process management system is implemented by using network and data base.
