摘　　要：目的:为了提高儿童弱视的疗效,观察弱视儿童在治疗前后三级视功能的变化。方法:对于确诊为弱视的儿童随机分为两组,对照组用一般疗法,观察组一般疗法同时采用同视机进行三级视功能训练。结果:两组都取得一定疗效,但观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:斜视性弱视对儿童三级视功能的建立有一定的影响。特别是在矫正视力达到0.6以上,应接受三级视功能训练,建立并完善三级视功能,同时巩固弱视治疗的效果。Objective:By observing the changes in triple visual function of children with amblyopia before and after treatment to improve its therapeutic effect.Methods:The children diagnosed as amblyopia were divided into control group (simple therapy) and observation group (simple therapy combined with triple visual function training by synoptophore).Results:The children patients in two groups all had some therapeutic effect, but the therapeutic effect in observation group was better than that in control group.Conclusion:Strabismus and amblyopia have some effect on the establishment of triple visual function for children, especially for children with corrected vision over 0.6, they should accept triple visual function training, set up and perfect triple visual function, meanwhile consolidate the therapeutic effect.
