摘  要:爱才、惜才、用才、广纳人才一直是江泽民的重要思想,在其“三个代表”的论述中有着突出的地位。培养和造就大批优秀人才是党和国家长治久安的根本大计。为做好这项工作必须进行制度化建设,形成良好的选任机制、培养机制、激励和监督机制,积极营造各方面优秀人才脱颖而出的良好环境,这样,“我们的事业才有不断成功的把握”。The thonghts of talents is always Jiang Zemin's important thoughts. There are outstanding positions in the argumentation of his 'Three Represents' . It is the basic matter to train and bring up large quantities of outstanding talents for country's long-term stability. In order to do this job well, institutionalized construction must be carried out. we should set up good selecting mechanism, training mechanism, and encouraging and supervising mechanism, and build up good environment for the outstanding talents in various fields come to the fore. Thus, we have assurance that our undertaking will succeed.
