摘 要:介绍了羊毛衫衣片造型的主要尺寸变化部位以及收放针的特点;对羊毛衫CAD中收放针方法作了数学建模,并对不同款式、不同部位的收放针计算方法进行了分类;给出了收放针分配器组成图、收放针算法组成函数和收放针人机对话修改窗口,并附实例说明。该算法统一简便,均采用先收或先放的方式,适用于羊毛衫衣片不同部位的收放针计算,可用于各种款式的羊毛衫工艺设计;具有自动收放和手动收放两种方法,既可快速计算,又可人机交互。This paper introduces the positions of main size changes and stitch shaping of cardigan piece, models mathematically the stitch shaping method in CAD of cardigans and sorts the different calculating methods of stitch shaping in terms of different styles and positions, and presents the composing chart of stitch shaping distributor, the composing function of stitch-shaping calculating methods and the man-machine conversation window, which is explained by examples. This calculating method is simple and can be commonly applied, which takes the mode of prior narrowing and prior widening, suitable for calculation of stitch shaping of different positions and also for technological design of different cardigan styles. In addition, it can be done though ways of both automatic shaping and hand-driven shaping, bearing the advantages of fast calculation and man-machine conversation.
