摘　　要：首次提出了青蒿素分子以疟原虫体内的生物活性物质辅酶A分子作为靶标的抗疟机制的新模型,并从生化原理和实验上对青蒿素类药通过辅酶A对疟原虫的致死作用给出了合理的解释,获得了预期的结果.For the first time, presents a neas antimalarial me chanism mode that the artemisinin molecules target on coenzumeA,an active subsrtance existing in plasmodia; Besides,the author.reasonably sxplains ard explores, in accordance with the biochemical theories and his experiments, the lethal effects of artemisinin through coenzymeA towards plasmodia with preliminary results gained.
