摘　　要：学校精神是一所学校的内在气质和根本价值追求,是校园文化和办学传统的集中体现。培育与弘扬学校精神对于促进学校发展、凝聚师生感情、实现学校奋斗目标有着重大的意义,我们要通过对校园文化的建设大力培育与弘扬学校精神。School Spirit is the inherent nature and essential value of a school and is also the concrete embodiment of campus culture and tradition. It is of great significance to cultivate and develop the school spirit in the development of a school, condensing the relationship between teachers and students, and realizing the aim of the school. We should put more efforts to cultivate and develop the school spirit by enriching the campus culture.
