瑞倍三联短程疗法治疗消化性溃疡86例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞倍(枸橼酸铋雷尼替丁)加两种抗生素治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法消化性溃疡患者共86例,分别为瑞倍组与对照组,瑞倍组用瑞倍350mg+呋喃唑酮100mg+阿莫西林1000mg,bid,共用7天;对照组用洛噻克20mg替代瑞倍,其余与瑞倍组相同。观察幽门螺杆菌的根除率及溃疡的愈合率。结果瑞倍组与洛噻克组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论瑞倍为主的三联一周方案具有疗程短、疗效高、价格低等优点,是较为理想的一线根除HP感染方案。Objective To discuss the curative effect of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate plus two antibiotics in treating peptic ulcer.Methods 86 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into two groups:the Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate group and the control group;for the former,350mg of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate plus 100mg of furoxone and 1000mg of amoxicillin were given twice a day for 7 days;for the control group,20mg of Losec was used to replace Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate,with the rest same with the former group;And then,the radical curative rate of HP and the healing rate of ulcer were observed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Trigeminal one-week treatment of Ranitidine Bismuth Cirtrate for peptic ulcer owes the advantage of short course of treatment,good curative effect and low cost,it is a perfect way to eradicate HP infection.
