摘　　要：知识产权主要是指由发明专利、商标及外观设计、计算机软件、技术改进和商业秘密等组成的工业或商业产权。为了解我国中小企业知识产权保护情况的现状、存在的问题,研究专利技术应用及产业化对中小企业的进步和发展的影响,论文通过对中小企业知识产权现状的调查,分析了中小企业知识产权保护中存在的问题,提出了企业实施知识产权保护的建议。Intellectual property right refers to the industrial or commercial property right composed of patent for invention,trademark and appearance design,technology improving and business secret. In order to know of the current situation and existing problems of the protection of intellectual property right in Chinese small and middle-sized enterprises,and to research on the effect on the improvement and development by the application of patented technology and its industrialization,through investigating the current situation of intellectual property right in small and middle-sized enterprises,the article analyzed the existing problems in intellectual property right protection in these enterprises and put forward the suggestions to carrying out the protection of intellectual property right.
