摘  要:目的研究野生山刺玫果对高脂大鼠血脂代谢的影响、抗氧化及保护血管内皮功能的作用.方法观察不同剂量山刺玫果对高脂大鼠血清TC,TG,HDLC,SOD,GSH-Px,NO和内皮素(ET)的影响,以及对血清、肝脏、大脑组织MDA的影响.结果山刺玫果(4.0 g/kg)可显著降低高脂大鼠血清TC,TG,ET含量(P<0.01),并明显提高HDLC,NO含量(P<0.01);1.0 g/kg山刺玫果可明显降低血清及肝脏MDA含量(P<0.05),2.0 g/kg剂量可明显提高SOD,GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),以上给药时间56 d.结论山刺玫果具有显著降血脂、抗氧化、保护血管内皮细胞的作用,具有防治动脉硬化作用.ObjectiveTo study the effect of Rosa davurica pall fruit on blood lipid metabolism, antioxidation and protection of vascular endothelium in hyperlipidemia rat.MethodsEffects of different concentrations of the Rosa davurica pall fruit on the serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)were tested in hyperlipidemia rat.so the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), NO, endothelin(ET) were tested. The malonaldehyde(MDA) in serum and liver were tested.ResultsThe serum TC, TG, ET in the Rosa davurica pall fruit model groups were obviously lower than that of the hyperlipidemia model group(P<(0.01)). While the HDLC, NO was much higher(P<(0.01)). The MDA in the (1.0 g)/(kg·d)×(56 d) dose were lower(P<(0.05)). While the SOD and GSH-Px in the (2.0 g)/(kg·d)×(56 d) dose was higher(P<(0.05)).ConclusionThe Rosa davurica pall Rosa fruit had the function of reducing blood lipid, anti-oxidation and protection of vascular endothelium. It had prevention of arteriosclerosis.
