摘　　要：证明了:对于一般的Ⅲ类系统,如果N为非鞍点且有限远奇点分布构成凸四边形,则在一定的条件下,奇点O外围具有惟一的极限环.It is proved in this article: for general qudratic system of type Ⅲ, if N is an antisaddle and the finite critical points form a convex quadrangle, then there is only a limit cycle aroud O under the condition m<0,l>12.
