摘  要:目的检测黑色素瘤抗原A1(MAGEA1)在肝癌组织中表达,探讨MAGEA1基因与肝细胞肝癌(HCC)患者临床病理指标的关系。方法应用RTPCR法检测31例HCC组织及相应癌旁组织中MAGEA1基因的表达。应用组织芯片和免疫组化技术分析178例HCC组织及相应癌旁组织中MAGEA1抗原表达。结果31例HCC组织标本中有21例(67.74%)表达MAGEA1基因,而相应的癌旁组织MAGEA1基因均不表达。178例HCC组织中95例表达MAGEA1抗原(53.37%),相应的癌旁组织MAGEA1抗原均不表达。结论MAGEA1基因在HCC组织中有较高表达,其阳性率与HCC患者的临床病理指标无相关关系。Purpose To investigate the expression of melanoma antigen-A1(MAGE-A1) gene in hepatocellular carcinomas and study the relationship between the expression of MAGE-A1 genes and the clinic pathological characterizations of patients with hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC). Methods The expressions of MAGE-A1 gene in 31 samples of hepatocellular carcinomas and corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). MAGE-A1 antigen was detected using immunohistochemistry in 178 cases hepatocellular carcinomas and corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues by tissue microarray technique. Results In the 31 hepatocellular carcinomas studied,MAGE-A1 mRNA was detected in 21 cases (67.74%). None of the corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues expressed MAGE-A1 mRNA. In the 178 hepatocellular carcinomas studied,MAGE-A1 antigen was detected in 95 cases (53.37%). None of the corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues expressed MAGE-A1 antigen. Conclusions MAGE-A1 gene is expressed in a high percentage of HCC,but it is unrelated to the clinic pathological characterizations of patients with HCC.
