摘 要:用羰基二咪唑(1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole,CDI),将含RGD的短肽共价连接到纯钛的表面,将HGFs分别接种到涂层和未涂层材料表面并培养一定时间后,定量对比接枝和未接枝材料表面的细胞纤粘连蛋白(fibronectin,FN)和粘着斑的形成情况,研究接枝后的纯钛表面对原代培养的人牙龈成纤维细胞(HumanGingivalFibroblasts,HGF)生物学行为的影响.结果表明,RGD修饰的纯钛表面粘着斑的形成比钛表面早.RGD接枝钛表面有利于人牙龈成纤维细胞的粘附,改善了纯钛的生物相容性.RGD peptides were attached covalently to the titanium surface by 1,1'-carbonyldi-imidazole (CDI). Primary HGFs were inoculated on the surface of RGD-grafted titanium respectively. Fibronectin and focal adhesions formation were checked by immunofluorescence staining and confocal laser scanning microscope. RGD-containing peptide was coupled on titanium surface of dental implants. It is confirmed that this peptide promotes human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs) adhesion during the early stage after the implantation was tested. The focal adhesion formation existed earlier on RGD coated samples than on uncoated ones.
