摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤的远期疗效。方法:37例子宫肌瘤患者行子宫动脉栓塞术,平均随访3年。结果:子宫肌瘤血供丰富,均为双侧子宫动脉供血,一侧为主,4例卵巢动脉参与供血,供血动脉粗大、迂曲,在瘤体的周围及内部形成血管网、团,瘤体染色明显。术后随访B超显示肌瘤缩小明显、临床症状改善,有效率达100%,无1例复发。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗于宫肌瘤是一种高效、微创、安全且经济的方法,远期疗效好,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To investigate the long-term curative effect of UAE (uterine arterial embolism) on uterine myoma.Methods:37 cases of uterine myoma received the UAE, the effect were followed up about 3 years after the procedure.Results:Super-selective angiography showed enlargement of uterine artery, accompanied by tortuous branches. The uterus itself was significantly stained and emptied slowly. Followed up for about 2 years,the volume of myoma reduced obviously, all the patient has obviously effect, and no cases had recrudesced.Conclusion:Uterine arterial embolization is an effective, less injury, security and low-pay technology for uterine myoma, and has good long-term effect. More patients should receive this technology.
