摘  要:国际化环境下林业企业经营可以选择目标集聚战略作为主体战略。目标集聚战略的实施采取三种形式:产品类型专一化、顾客类型专一化、地理区域专一化。同时要认识到,建立一个完善的总体战略能够保证主体战略的顺利实施,通过企业核心竞争力、激活市场和品牌战略来促进林业产业竞争力的强化,通过配套政策和人才互动战略保证林业企业主体经营战略得到稳固支撑。Forestry's enterprises can choose focus strategy as subject strategy under the internationalized environment.The implementation of focus strategy can adopt three forms:the concentrated products,the concentrated customers and the concentrated geographical areas.At the same time,setting up one perfect total strategy can guarantee the subject strategy implemented smoothly.Using the strategy of enterprise's core competitiveness,market activating and the brand to promote the strengthening of forestry's industry's competitiveness,and the subiect strategy can be supported firmly by a complete sets of policy and the talent's inter-dynamic strategy.
