摘　　要：目的探讨骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤、非骨化性纤维瘤及干骺端纤维性缺损的特殊表现。方法分析22例相关病例的组织形态学、影像诊断学及临床表现等指标,分析生物学行为的不同特点。结果肿瘤组织的微血管数、瘤灶与周围正常组织之间的微细变化以及病灶侵犯程度在3种病变中具有明显的差异。结论区别3种病变的主要依据是:肿瘤组织的微血管数、瘤灶与周围正常组织之间的微细变化、病灶侵犯程度等组织病理学和影像诊断学指标。而病程、年龄及部位等临床指标往往相互交叉重叠,具有明显的不确定性。Objective To investigate the characteristics of bone benign fibrous histocytoma (BFH), nonossifying fibroma (NOF) and metaphyseal fibrous defect(MFD). Methods Data of histology, imaging, manifestation and biological activities from 22 cases were investigated comparatively.Results The microvessel quantity, the invading range and the subtle change of relation between tumor focus and surrounding normal tissues were obviously different among three kinds of diseases. Conclusions The main basis for diagnosis of the three kinds of diseases image and pathological parameters. The pathological observation includes the microvessel quantity, invading range and subtle relation changes between tumor region and surrounding normal tissues. The other clinical parameters such as course, age and position were uncertain because they often provide overlapped information.
