摘　　要：氮基气氛热处理已得到愈来愈广泛的应用,其应用理论和应用工艺也日趋完善。本文是采用氮、甲醇基渗碳气氛渗碳,对炉内气氛进行计算。计算与工艺验证,均系在苏州工业园区姑苏电炉有限公司制造的网带炉上进行。The heat treatment in nitrogen-based atmosphere is being used increasingly and extensively, and both theory and technology with respect to its application are becoming more and more perfect day by day.The furnace atmosphere was calculated under the condition of carburizing in the nitrogen-methanol based atmosphere in this paper. The calculation and verification of the process were carried out all in the net band furnace made in Gusu Electic Furnace Co., Ltd.
