摘  要:目的 探讨重组人白细胞介素 11(rhIL 11)对放射后肠道粘膜免疫功能的保护作用。方法 采用6 0 Coγ射线12Gy全身电离辐射致轻度肠型放射病的小鼠动物模型,用PP、IEL计数,免疫酶联吸附、细菌培养、血浆内毒素测定等方法,观察rhIL 11对肠道粘膜免疫系统的保护作用。结果 rhIL 11能增加全肠PP结,IEL数量,提高肠粘液中sIgA的含量,降低肠源性感染的发生,降低血浆内毒素的含量。结论 rhIL 11对放射后肠道粘膜免疫系统具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of recombinant human interleukin-11 (rhIL-11) on immune function of intestinal mucosa after radiation in mice. Methods Eighty male BALB/c mice were divided into normal group, irradiation group and rhIL-11 treatment group. Except the normal group, the mice were irradiated with 60 Co γ-ray of 12 Gy. The rhIL-11 treatment group was subcutaneously injected 125 μg/kg rhIL-11 twice a day till death. PP knot in entire intestine and IEL in intestinal mucosa and the colony in bacterial cultures were counted. The sIgA in intestinal mucosa and serum endotoxin were detected. Results rhIL-11 increased sIgA, PP, IEL, and reduced the incidence of enterogenous infection. Conclusion rhIL-11 has protective effects on the immune function of intestinal mucosa after radiation injury in mice.
