摘　　要：对东京野茉莉种子的营养成分进行分析,结果表明,其种子含有丰富的营养物质:脂肪油、矿质元素,维生素等,其脂肪油中人体必需的油酸和亚油酸含量达85.4%,具有开发利用价值。The nutrient composition of Styrax tonkinesis seeds has been studied,and the results showed that there are plenty of nutrient composition :fatty oil ,mineral elements,vitamins and so on.In addition,the content of oleic and linoleic acid in seed oil reached 85.4%,and these are of potential value in exploitation and utilization.
