高校在实施人才强省战略中的作用

摘　　要：高层次拔尖创新人才既是高等学校教学科研队伍建设的战略重点,又是实施人才强省战略的重点。因此,甘肃高校要结合甘肃实施人才强省战略的具体目标以及对人才提出的新要求,清醒地认识到高校在实施人才强省战略中所肩负的新任务,实施人才强校战略,充分发挥高校在人才强省战略中的重要作用。The introduction of high caliber, and creative talents is, on the one hand, a key strategy of setting up a teaching and R&D team in higher institutions, and the same is true to the reinforcing by means of tanlents. Therefore, combining the specific aim of the strategy and the new demands for talents, the colleges and universities of Gansu province should clearly recognize the important role they play in the implementation of reinforcing province strategy, carry out well the new tasks and bring their initiatives into full play to make their contributions to the historic mission.
