P27和cyclinE在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究P27、cyclinE在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,分别检测P27、cyclinE在32例恶性、27例交界性及39例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织的石蜡切片中的表达。结果P27蛋白在恶性与交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤与良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的阳性表达率差异有显著性(P<0.01);而恶性与交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CyclinE蛋白在恶性、交界性与良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的阳性表达率差异有显著性(P<0.01);而在恶性与交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。P27、cy-clinE在32例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的蛋白表达,同时阳性者为2例,同时阴性者为6例,两者表达一致率为25%,两者呈负相关(r=-0.0543,P<0.05)。结论P27蛋白的缺失与cyclinE过表达可能与卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤的发生有关。Objective To analyse the expressions and role of P27 and cyclinE the ovarian tumor and the effects between these two genes. Methods The expressions of P27 and cyclinE were detcted in 32 cases of epithelial ovarian cancers, 27 of borderline epithelial ovarian tumors and 39 of benign epithlial ovarion tumors by using the streptavidin - peroxidase(s-p) immunohistochemical techniques . Results Epithelial ovarian cancer, borderline ovarian tumors and benign ovarion tumors respectively have siganificant difference among them (P<0.01) . There was also siganificant difference between epithelial ovarian cancers and borderline tumors. CyclinE protein expression rate showed significant difference in ovarian cancers, borderline tumors and benigns (P< 0.01) . There was no siganificant difference of the expression between ovarian cancers and the borderline ovarian tumors . Two positive and six negative expressions of both P27 and cyclinE were found in 32 ovarian cancers. The consistent rate of both expression was 25% , and a significant correlation was showed between them ( r = - 0.0543, P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion The loss of P27 expression and the cyclinE protein overexpressed may be related to the occurance of the epithelial ovarian cancers.
