反复硬化剂治疗预防食管静脉曲张再出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下反复硬化剂治疗预防食管静脉曲张(esophagealvarices,EV)再出血的疗效。方法将102例患者随机分为两组:治疗组52例,完成硬化剂治疗3～5次;对照组50例,仅行1次硬化剂治疗。结果治疗组多次硬化剂治疗后EV消失率71.3%,明显高于对照组25.7%(P<0.05);再出血率治疗组16.5%,明显低于对照组54.6%(P<0.05)。结论反复硬化剂治疗可有效预防EV再出血、提高患者的生活质量。Objetive To study the value of repeated sclerotherapy in preventing from rebleeding of esophageal varices(EV).Methods 102 cases of EV patients were randomized into two grougs:52 cases of treatment group received sclerotherapy 3 to 5 times.50 cases 0f contrast group received selerotherapy one time only.Results The disappear rate of EV of treament group71.3% was more higher than that of contrast group 27.3%(p<0.05 ).Rebleeding rate of treatment group16.5% is much lower than that of contrast group 54.6%(P<0.05 ). Conclusion Taking sclerotherapy time and again can prevent the patients of EV from rebeeding effecfively. By the way their living quality may be improved.
