上睑筋膜组织在重睑成形术中的意义

摘　　要：介绍了上睑筋膜组织的解剖结构,以此为基础,在切开法重睑成形术的操作步骤中,强调切除上睑松垂的筋膜组织是手术成功的重要保证,对上睑臃肿和皮肤松弛者尤为必要。根据这项原则,自1990至1993年,共行重睑成形术654例,取得了良好的效果。The anatomical structure of fascial tissue of the upper eyelid is described in this article.It is emphasized that removing redundant fascial tissue is an important procedure in the double-eyelid operation of the upper eyelid.This is especially true for patients with baggy deformities or blepharochalasis.Based on this principle,654 cases of duoble eyelidplasty were performed from1990 to 1993 with satisfactory results revealed by postoperative follow-up of 1 month to 3 years.
