生长抑素Ⅱ型受体在胰腺癌旁组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的了解原发性胰腺癌组织和癌旁组织中生长抑素Ⅱ型受体(SST2R)的表达情况,探索生长抑素及其类似物治疗胰腺肿瘤效果不一致的原因。方法采用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测40例原发性胰腺癌组织和癌旁3cm组织中SST2R的表达,并用χ2检验分析了SST2R在原发性胰腺癌组织与癌旁组织中表达的差异性。结果胰腺癌组织和癌旁组织同时表达SST2R5例,表达阳性率为12.5%(5/40);胰腺癌旁组织SST2R阳性表达率为85%(34/40),29例仅胰腺癌旁组织表达;胰腺癌旁组织SST2R阳性表达率明显高于胰腺癌组织(P<0.05)。结论SST2R在不同的胰腺癌患者和同一胰腺癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达有显著性差异,这可能是生长抑素及其类似物治疗胰腺癌效果不一致的重要原因。Objective The current study was designed to investigate somatostatin receptor subtype 2 gene expression in tumor tissues and non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of primary pancreatic carcinoma, and explore the cause of the difference in the treatment against pancreatic neoplasms by exogenous somatostatin and its analogues. Methods The expression of SST2R in tumor tissues and non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of primary pancreatic carcinoma in 40 patients was examined by LSAB method, and we analysed the difference of the SST2R expression in tumor tissues and non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of pancreatic carcinoma by statistical method-χ~2 test. Results Among these cases, 5 patients had the SST2R expression in both tumor tissues and non-carcinoma adjacent tissues ofpancreatic carcinoma, the positive rate was 12.5%(5/40); 29 cases had the SST2R expression only in non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of pancreatic carcinoma, and the positive rate was 85%(34/40) in non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of pancreatic carcinoma. The positive rate of SST2R in non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of pancreatic carcinoma was significantly higher than that in tumor tissues of pancreatic carcinoma (P<0'05). Conclusion The expression of SST2R had the significant difference in tumor tissues and non-carcinoma adjacent tissues of pancreatic carcinoma in both diverse and identical patients, it may be the important reason of the variable effect on the treatment against pancreatic carcinoma by exogenous somatostatin and its analogues.
