应用可吸收性支撑管行食管胃腔内弹力环扎吻合术110例分析

摘　　要：应用可吸收性支撑管进行食管癌、贲门癌切除后食管胃腔内弹力环扎吻合术１１０例，术后支撑管Ｘ线观察满意。脱管时间为１４．７±２．５天，不受支撑管型号与吻合部位的影响，并可安全地经消化道吸收或部分以碎片形式排出。术后发生吻合口瘘１例（０．９１％），本文分析了其原因，同时，手术方法得以改进。具有吻合严密、操作简捷、吻合口不留异物等优点，可望进一步降低吻合口瘘的发生率，并可为其他部位消化道吻合提供借鉴。Abstract The result of 110 cases of esophagogastrostomy by intraluminal elastic circular ligation(IECL)with an absorbable supporting tube was reported. Postoperative X-ray observation of the tube showedthat its supporting effect was satisfactary. The tube-drop time was 14.7±2.5days and unaffected bythe tube size or the site of anastomosis. The supporting tube could be safely absorbed or partially frag-mented and expelled from the alimentary tract. Postoperative anastomotic leakage occured in one case (0.91%)and the cause was analysed. The use of IECL,with the merits of saving time, anastomosing tightly and leaving no suture materials in the anastomotic site, can be expected to prevent theanastomotic leakage and may provide references for other gastrointestinal anastomosis.
