老年人急性白血病31例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人急性白血病的临床发病特点及治疗效果。方法:对我院10年间确诊的31例老年人急性白血病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:31例患者中除2例放弃治疗,1例姑息治疗,1例化疗中途自动出院外,27例病人经化疗后完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)8例,未缓解(NR)17例,有效率37.02%。结论:对老年人急性白血病要根据每个病人的身体状况选择合理的治疗方案,常常以小剂量,中剂量化疗为主,以提高老年人急性白血病的缓解率,改善生活质量,延长寿命。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and t reatment outcome in 31 cases with acute leukemia in the elderly. Methods We analyzed the clinic data of elder patients newly diagnosed with acute leu kemia between 1994 and 2003. Results 27 of the 31 patients were given chemotherapy except 4 cases. Symptoms of 10 cases were relieved, while the othe r 17 cases were not. The remission rate was 37.02%. Conclusion Select ing the reasonable chemotherapy of the elderly patients with acute leukemia is i mportant to influence the induction remission and improvement of survival. Selec ting little dose and middle dose chemotherapy according to the patient’s physic al conditions is suggested.
