心主神志与西医学心脑特性之间的联系

摘　　要：将西医学脑的一系列特性,即脑血管舒缩的相对限制性、脑组织的高血流量、脑组织的高氧耗量、葡萄糖是维持脑功能的主要能源、血脑屏障作用,通过血液,与心的特性有机地加以联系。揭示在机体各器官组织中,心泵血功能的变化对脑功能活动的影响最显著。这也是中医学中“心主神志”的西医学重要本质之一。The thesis reveals that the change by pumping blood in the heart influences most dominantly brain's function among the activities of all organs and fissues in the body, and that is an important essence in 'heart controlling mental and e-motional activities' in the traditional Chinese medicine. It relates the character of heart and the characters of brain such as cerebovascular restriction, higher blood flow and higher oxygen consumption of brain, glucose as main energy source of the brain activities, blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier together through blood.
