摘　　要：导学员是开放教育办学模式中十分重要的角色,决定着山西电大导学群服务体系的服务质量。在整个学习过程中,他们是学生学习的"导游";是导学教师、专业负责人与学生之间的"纽带";是教务、技术、资源服务与学生学习需求之间的"桥梁"。因此,在开放教育人才培养模式中要十分重视导学员工作。The teachers who lead student to study play a very important role in the open education model,which decides the service quality of the guiding learning system in Shanxi TV University.In the whole study course,they are'tourist guide'student learning,is leading'tie'between teacher,professional person in charge of the students,is the educational administration and between the technology,resources services and student's study requirement'bridge'.Therefore will very attach importance to in open education person of ability cultivates the model leads the work learned.
