摘　　要：企业家在经济活动中的道德境界是追求真善美的统一。求真是认识事物的本质和规律,而求真的目的又是为了给人类带来幸福从而实现善,达到真和善的统一就是美。企业家在带领企业创造物质财富即求真的过程中,也创造了精神财富,推动了整个社会文明进步的步伐,实现着自己的善,并在真善的统一中塑造了美的道德境界。In the Economic Activities,entrepreneur is to seek the unification of the truth,good intention and perfection.Seeking truth is to recognize thing's essence and law which purpose is to bring happiness and to realize the good intention,so that finally to achieve the unification of the truth,good intention which is the perfection.Entrepreneur created material riches as well as,at the same time,the spiritual riches,promoting the whole society civilization,shaping the perfect moral realm.
