摘  要:本文提出了一种新颖的旨在缩短船舶自动舵产品研制周期并降低海试成本的船舶操舵陆上仿真系统,并介绍了其硬件组成、各模块功能以及系统软件的设计。船舶操舵陆上仿真系统具有可扩充的船舶模型数据库,通过半物理和全数字两种仿真形式,既可用于检验实际自动舵产品的操舵性能,亦可对自动舵控制算法进行计算机仿真测试。实际使用表明,该系统运行可靠、结果可信。In order to shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of offshore test, a novel simulation system for the ship steering on land is introduced in this paper. It consists of three modules: monitor computer module, ship model computer module and control computer module, which are respectively used to provide friendly interface for customer, simulate the dynamic behavior of the practical ship and implement the control algorithms before them being installed in the autopilot. The analysis of hardware design and corresponding software development are presented in detail. This simulation system with addible ship model database provides two kinds of simulation platform of full-digital and semi-physical, which can be used to evaluate the availability of the control algorithms and verify the performance of the autopilot. In semi-physical simulation, the control computer module is substituted by autopilot prototype. The application indicates that the system′s operation is reliable and the simulation results are believable.
