摘　　要：经济法的原则在学术上一向备受争议,关于经济法原则的学说也是百家争鸣。本文在探讨经济法的产生及其价值取向的同时,尝试着推演出经济法的原则,权当一家之言。Up to now, argument of the law of economy principle is still constantly in academic circles. The theories about the law of economy principle are also of a wide variety. as this paper exploring the produce and the value orientation of the law of economy the same time tasting to deduce the law of economy principle, but put it just as my own theory.
