早选苗早培养做好高校学生党建工作

摘　　要：高校学生党建工作是学生工作的重点,要想更有效地培养学生党员,提高学生党员的素质,就有必要对目前高校学生党建工作的现状和问题进行分析,因此在本文中笔者以第十二次全国高校党建工作会议的精神为指导,结合自己的实际工作经验,针对高校学生党建工作的现状提出了做好学生党建工作的现实意义和“早选苗、早培养”的工作思路。The Party construction of students in universities is the importance of doing student work. In order to train student Party members more efficiently and to improve their quality, it’s necessary to analyse the current situation and problems of the student Party construction work. The writer puts forward the realism of doing student Party construction well and the train of thought of “early choosing, early training” in view of existing situation of student Party construction in universities, under the guidance of the sprit of the 12th Country Party Construction of Universities, combining her own practical working experience.
