疏肝健脾抑癌汤对原发性肝癌的辅助疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝健脾抑癌汤对原发性肝癌的辅助疗效。方法将60例原发性肝癌患者随机分为治疗组(疏肝健脾抑癌汤+化疗)和对照姐(化疗)。各组30例,均治一个疗程。结果治疗后两组在癌灶和延长生存期方面无明显差别(P>0.05),在改善临床症状、提高生存质量及减少白细胞抑制方面治疗组优于对照姐(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾抑癌汤可改善肝癌患者的临床症状、提高生存质量并可减轻化疗药物的毒性。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Sugan Jianpi Yi’ai Decoction in treating primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC).Methods Sixty patients with PHC were allocated randomly into 2 groups: treatment group (Sugan Jianpi Yi'ai Decoction + chemotherapy) and control group (chemotherapy).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated after one course of treatment.Results After treatment, tumor size and life duration between two groups were not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ), but in treatment group symptom and life quality improved significantly and WBC count was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Sugan Jianpi Yi’ai Decoction is effective in improving general condition and life quality of PHC cases and reducse toxicity of chemical medication.
