摘　　要：本文界定了城市生态经济系统的内涵,分析了系统动力学、循环经济学、可持续发展理论以及系统论对于城市生态经济系统构建的指导作用,总结了城市生态经济系统的现状和存在的问题,以此为基础初步探讨了城市生态经济系统构建的基本对策。This paper defines the connotation of urban ecology economy system, analyzes the conductive functionof system dynamics, recycle economy, sustainable development theory and system theory to the construction of urbanecology economy system, displays the status quo and problems of urban ecology economy system ,then discusses thebasic countermeasure of the construction of urban ecology economy system elementarily.
