东北地区7个少数民族群体中ApoE基因单核苷酸多态性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究东北地区少数民族群体ApoE基因4个单核苷酸多态性的特点及群体之间的差异。方法应用PCRRFLP方法对东北地区7个少数民族群体共216个健康个体该基因中4个SNP位点进行检测。结果2440位点在所有群体中都存在多态性,且各民族间存在差异;73、2907、3106位点不存在多态性。结论东北少数民族中73、2907、3106位点不具有多态性,2440位点杂合度为0.177,与国外文献报道及国际SNP数据库比较有很大的差异。Objective To gain an understanding of the genetic variation underlying the polymorphism of ApoE in minority nationalities of Northeast China.Methods We measured 4 SNPs in ApoE gene by PCR RFLP in 216 individuals from 7 different minority nationalities.Results There were few mutations in site 73,2907,3106,and the heterozygosities of SNP site 2440 showed a great difference compared with each other.Conclusion The heterozygosity of SNP site 2440 is 0.177 in minority nationalities in Northeast China.Compared with reports from abroad and international SNP data bank,there were great differences.
