摘　　要：在研究TRAFFICE东亚—日本关于日本象牙国内贸易监控执行情况报告的基础上,从日本国内的象牙贸易及其管理、象牙国内贸易监控系统、违法案件的处理等几方面分析了日本的象牙国内贸易监管情况及其监控体制存在的不足。On the base of the inquisitional result of the implement of Japan's domestic ivory control system investigated by TRAFFICE East Asia- Japan, this current study analyzed the implement of the Japan’s domestic ivory control system, including the ivory trade in Japan and the management of trade in ivory, ivory control system, the management of seizures and the existing deficiency in the system.
