摘　　要：目的:建立 RP-HPLC 法测定氯美扎酮含量。方法:选用 Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长227nm,流速:1.0mL·min^(-1)。结果:在0.008104～0.1201mg·mL^(-1)范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程Y=4×10~7X+20.6×10~4,r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.8%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、简便,适合氯美扎酮的含量测定。Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of Chlormezanone. Methods:The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water(55: 45)as mobil phase with detection 228 nm and flow rate:1.0 mL·min^(-1).Results:The linear range was 0.008104～ 0.1201 mg·mL^(-1),the mean recovery was 99.8%(n=9).Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and is very suitable for the determination of Chlormezanone.
