摘　　要：完善市场中介组织是开放经济条件下中国发展市场农业所必须的制度创新。介绍了日本农协的发展历程、组织体系、经营事业和管理机制,分析了日本农协坚持合作制原则,依法规范,在组织功能配置、组织流通、政策制定和政策执行等方面发挥的中介组织作用。The development of intermediary organization is part of the institutional innovation, which is vital to China's market agriculture under the current situation of an open economy. This paper gives an introduction to the Japanese agricultural cooperatives in terms of their course of development, organizational system, business operations, and management mechanism. Analysis is made of the principle of cooperation and the functions of intermediary organizations performed by Japanese agricultural cooperatives in the aspects of organizational functions, circulation of commodities, policy-making and policy implementation.
