摘  要:目的研究大肠癌患者在手术前后体内红细胞免疫的变化,探讨氧自由基在其中的作用。方法选择32例无其它合并症并在临床上未见有远处转移的大肠癌患者作为受试对象,同时选择12例健康人作为对照。用酵母花环和肿瘤花环的免疫方法测定健康人、术前、术后两周的患者体内的红细胞免疫功能状态。手术前后用生化方法间接检测每个患者血清中氧自由基的水平,即检测血清中总的超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)的活力及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。同时检测每个术后标本肿瘤组织和相应的正常肠粘膜组织中的SOD的活力及MDA的含量。结果①患者红细胞免疫功能是低下的,术后明显回升。②患者血清中的氧自由基水平是升高的,术后明显降低。③肿瘤组织中的氧自由基水平明显高于相应的正常肠粘膜组织。④患者的红细胞C3b受体花环率与血清中的MDA成负相关。结论大肠癌细胞在代谢过程中会产生氧自由基并将其导入患者体内,破坏患者机体氧自由基的代谢平衡,从而引起患者红细胞免疫功能的低下。Objective To investigate the role of oxygen free radical in the changes of the red cell immune of the patients with colorectal cancer after operations. Methods Thirty-two colorectal cancer patients without distant metastasis and other diseases were studies and twelve healthy men were taken as a control group. With the assays of yeast rosette and tumor cell rosette, we tested the function of the red cell immune of control subjects, preoperative patients and postoperative patients respectively. We tested indirectly the levels of the oxygen free radicals of control subjects, preoperative patients and postoperative patients respectively with the biochemical assays, that is to say, to test the viability of serum T-SOD and the amount of serum MDA in all subjects too. Finally we tested the viability of T-SOD and the amount of MDA in the tumor tissues and the corresponding healthy mucous membrane. Results①The level of the red cell immune functions of preoperative patients was lower than that of control group and could be raised after operations.②The level of the serum oxygen free radicals of the preoperative was higher than that of control group and could be lowered after operations.③The level of the oxygen free radicals of the tumor tissues was higher than that of the corresponding mucous membrane. ④The rate of red cell C3b-receptor rosette was negatively correlated with the amount of the serum MDA in the patients with colorectal cancer. Conclusions Colorectal tumor cells can produce free radicals in the metabolism and induct them into the host body and disturb the balance of the free radicals metabolism and induce the red cell immune functions lower.
