摘　　要：目的评价超声图像作为高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤时作用及地位。方法利用高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者16例,观察子宫肌瘤术中及术后超声图像的变化,同时对照手术前后核磁共振(MRI)的动态变化。结果HIFU治疗时,可见超声灰阶增强,术后随访肌瘤血流减少或消失,术后MRI显示治疗靶区坏死明显,坏死区与超声定位治疗靶区相一致,提示超声定位及监控准确。周围邻近脏器未见损伤。结论超声定位是目前高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤较好的定位及治疗监控手段。Objective To evaluate the ef ficacy and safety of the ultrasonic imag ing of uterine leiomyoma lesion induced by high intensity focused ultrasound the rapy. Methods 16 cases presenting with uterine leiomyoma were treatment with HI FU, 16 cases had their leiomyoma tissue completely destroyed, Evaluate the effic acy and safety was made on the basis of changes of tumor size, varations in colo r Doppler sonography and the ultrasonic imaging and MR imaging of uterine leiomy oma lesion induced by high intensity foc used ultrasound therapy. Results Uterin e leiomyoma shrinkage and reduction of b lood supply for uterine leiomyoma were o bserved MRI and the ultrasonic imaging a fter HIFU sonication. No local complicat ion was seen, the ultrasonic imaging is correspondent to the MR imaging characte ristics of the changes of the damaged ti ssue. Conclusion The use of ultrasonic imaging on HIFU in the treatment of uter ine leiomyoma is effective and feasible. This new technique will offer a conside rable noninvasive therapy for local trea tment of uterine leiomyoma.
