摘　　要：目的观察MiniDalbo附着体义齿修复双侧游离端牙列缺损的临床效果。方法为16例双侧游离端牙列缺损患者制作16件MiniDalbo附着体义齿,每件义齿设计2副MiniDalbo附着体,并对其进行3～30个月的临床疗效观察。结果MiniDalbo附着体义齿美观、舒适、稳固、咀嚼有力。结论MiniDalbo附着体是一种较理想的双侧游离端牙列缺损修复的固位体。Objective To observe the clini cal effect of Mini-Dalbo attachment dent ure applied in free-end dentition defect . Methods 16 pieces of Mini-Dalbo attachm ent denture were manufactured for 16 pat ients with free-end dentition defect,and 3～30-month clinical follow-up was carri e d out. Results Mini-Dalbo attachment dent ure had good appearance,comfort,stabilit y,mastication. Conclusion Mini-Dalbo atta chment is a good retainer applied in fre e-end dentition defect.
