论我国少数民族传统音乐文化的保护与发展

摘　　要：在分析我国少数民族传统音乐文化的现状和发展趋向的基础上,笔者认为近二十多年以来,由于现代化的强烈冲击,国家、社会力量对少数民族传统音乐文化的弘扬,使得当前少数民族传统音乐文化呈现出有复兴、有变异,同时也有衰退的矛盾状况。因此提出正视衰退,鼓励和引导变异,以促进我国少数民族传统音乐文化全面发展的建议。Based on a comprehensive survey of the status quo of China's ethnic music, the author holds that the modernization process over the past two decades have posed great threat to the ethnic music among China's minorities groups although the state has made some effort to preserve it to a certain degree. The paper proposes constructive measures to be taken in order to sustain the development of ethnic music in China.
