摘 要:用HAAKE公司RS150L型流变仪研究了PAN/DMSO溶液的流变学性质。讨论了温度、溶液浓度及PAN的分子量对流动曲线的影响。结果表明,在较低的剪切速率下,随温度的升高、浓度的降低及分子量的减小,流动曲线下移,并且开始向非牛顿区转变的临界切变速率增大。在较高剪切速率下,初始粘度低的溶液的粘度最高。在一定的浓度和剪切速率下溶液的粘度随温度的变化符合Arrhenius方程式。溶液在非牛顿区存在粘度突变现象。The rheological behavior of PAN/DMSO solution was studied by HAAKE Company′s RS150L type rheometer. The effect of temperature, solution′s concentration and PAN′s molecular weight on the rheological curves was discussed in this paper. The results indicate that the rheological curves descend along with the increase of temperature and the decrease of solution′s concentration and molecular weight at low shear rates. And the critical shear rates transforming from Newton section to non-Newton section increase. But at higher shear rates, the solution with the lowest viscosity at lower shear rates conditions has the highest viscosity. The influence of temperature on viscosity obeys Arrhenius equation at a certain concentration and shear rates. There are viscosity break phenomena at non-Newton section.
