摘　　要：系统研究是当今科学研究的一个重要发展趋势,也是认识和解决复杂问题的根本途径。可持续发展问题作为一个复杂问题,其涉及到的相关问题必须利用系统理论来指导进行解决。在可持续发展理论研究方面,指标体系的构建是非常关键的部分,而目前许多研究成果都未在系统理论的框架下进行架构。本文尝试从系统需求的角度构建一套指标体系,为可持续发展理论的深入研究打开一个新视野。System theory is one of the m ost im portantm ethods in the science research field,which is also the bestm eans toexplain,to solve the problem s ofsustainable developm ent.And the key problem ofsustainable developm entis the indicators building,but the popular m ethods to build the indicators overlook the system fram e. So, the article tries to build the indicators through thesystem needs,and the writerhopes itcan help to find a new view in the field ofsustainable developm entresearch.
